How do I place the order?
You can place your order via our website, in person or phone/email us the details. We will call you back to con?rm the order if you have emailed us.

What is your minimum order and what quantities can I order?
Our minimum order is 50 cards, if you have anything below this amount, please call us to discuss your order further

What is included in the order?
Every invitation order comes with 1 free insert and envelope.

Can I order samples?
Samples of the wedding invitation card are available in each design and are charged at £3.00 per sample + postage. Samples are only available in a limited number of colours with the maximum of 3 cards.

I do not want to give my credit card details over the Internet can I pay by any other method?
Yes, you can either call the office on: 01274 747476 to make a card payment over the phone. You may also make bank transfers (BACs) but must inform us prior to doing this.

How is my Wedding Stationery Delivered?
We will use recognised courier services to ship your order to you.

Can I print more than one colour?
Yes, but at an additional charge, please call for a price.

What other types of finishing can I have on my custom made card?
You can have various types of finishes to your product, such as: gems, pearls, ribbons, foiling, embossing/debossing, glitter etc. Please call us to discuss your requirements in detail. Please note: timescale for custom made cards can take upto 1 to 2 months, Please allow plenty of time when ordering.

What are the charges for a custom invitation card?
Costs are very much dependent in the type of card you are wanting, please call us to discuss your requirements in detail.

I need my cards urgently, can you make them in less than 5 working days?
We offer a Express Service, which we guarantee a turnaround time of 3 working days. A £50 charge is added on top of your total amount.

Will I see proofs before my wedding stationery is printed?
Yes. After you have given us your details and paid your deposit we email a layout of every item in your order for your approval.We will send you a pdf version of your artwork, no work will be sent to print until you have signed off the artwork.

What happens if I run out of Invitations?
Most customers have this problem. We strongly advise customers to order extra invitations just in case, as reprinting the order will work out quite expensive. If you work out per household how many invitations you actually need it will give you a good idea of your invitation numbers. You may ?nd that you have mostly couples and families that will only require one invitation per household. It is always a good idea to add approximately 15 to 20 extras invitations for last minute changes.

Can I change the invitations to suit my colours and theme?
Depends if the card you choose can be modi?ed, please call us for information.

Can I change the wording on the invitations?
Yes of course you can have any wording you would like. We provide a variety of wording and font choices as inspiration for you.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes we do. We offer a discount on orders with a quantity of 300 and over.

Do you have a shop to visit?
Yes, we recommend customers to come to our studios and see their desired invitations so they have peace of mind.
