General
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
Please allow a minimum of 5-10 working days when ordering your stationery. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an order. Once your order and deposit has been received we will send you a proof of your artwork We reserve the right to make any changes in the specifications of our goods which are necessary to ensure they conform with any applicable quality, safety or other statutory requirements. Shaadi Cards Bradford reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will inform you by email if any item on your order is out of stock, and deliver this separately when it is in stock or suggest an alternative. We may include your wedding card as a sample for other customers to see. Unforeseeable Circumstances: - If we are unable to perform our obligations to you (or able to perform them only at unreasonable cost) because of circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel or suspend any of our obligations to you, without liability. Examples of those circumstances include act of God, war, natural/man made disaster, death, accident, explosion, transport delays, strikes and other industrial disputes and difficulty in obtaining supplies. The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Your Order
Satisfaction and Product Quality Guaranteed, we take every care and attention to check all products before packing them suitably for delivery. Minimum order is 40 cards, please not anything below 100 cards, £40 will be charged in addition for print setup. Once a design has been chosen a 50% Non-Refundable deposit which must be cleared to secure the order before any work is carried out. The remaining balance will be paid in full and must be cleared before the order has been dispatched.

You must inspect all the goods on delivery. Your order will be made to your set requirements. In the unlikely event that your product should have a fault, please inform us in writing within 48 hours of delivery via email at: info@shaadicardsbradford.co.uk

Artwork
A proof's will be sent out to you and it is the customer's responsibility to check everything, paying particular attention to wording and spelling. By signing/emailing and returning the confirmation you are agreeing that you have read the proof/s and everything is correct. Shaadi Cards Bradford cannot be held responsible for any errors that have gone unnoticed after the proof/s has been signed. Any changes to wording or spelling must be made clearly in an email or given in person. You cannot give changes over the phone or text. Changes made by telephone or text will not be accepted.

Samples
Samples can be purchased at £3.00 per card + postage with the maximum of 3 cards. Colours
The colours of the paper, card, ribbon, diamantes, gems, crystals or pearls may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the manufacturing process of the product. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors. Due to variations in monitor settings and colour reproduction, the colour of the products may not be completely accurate, and may vary from the actual colour.

Express Service
The Express Delivery service gurantees completion of work within 3 working days. There is an extra of £50 and this option must be paid in advance, along with the deposit or total amount in full. Express service does not include deliveries on Saturday or Sundays. Customers are welcomed to pickup their order Monday to Saturday.

Payment
Payment can be made by MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron or through secure payment via our website. Currently, we do not accept American Express cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the artwork can commence. You must confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. You may also order by telephone, by calling 01274 747476 Monday to Friday, 9.30am-6pm. Please have to hand the details of the goods you wish to purchase and the method of payment. Orders that are for delivery must be paid in full before despatch.

Time Scales and Delivery
Please allow a minimum of 2 working days, from receipt of your wording, before receiving your initial digital PDF proofs. Please then allow a maximum of 5 working days, from receipt of print approval, for printing and delivery. (Delivery times will be extended for orders outside of the UK.) We always work hard to shorten these time scales but occasionally circumstances beyond our control can lengthen the process, therefore please allow plenty of time when placing an order. We will use recognised courier services to ship your order to you, if your order is damaged or lost we will pursue this matter with the courier company on your behalf to reach a resolution. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by the carrier. A tracking number can be provided on request. It is your responsibility to advise us if you have not received your order as soon as possible and within 3 days of despatch notice, otherwise it is deemed to have been delivered.

Cancellation, Refunds, Re-Prints and Returns
Should the customer decide to cancel an order once design work has been undertaken, Shaadi Cards Bradford reserves the right to retain the customers payment in full. Re-prints will be charged in full unless Shaadi Cards Bradford have deviated from the approved proof whereby they may (at their discretion) re- print free of charge. Faulty products will be replaced but cannot be exchanged for another style or transferred.Onces the order is printed and despached shaadi cards bradford will not accsept any returns .

Intellectual Property Rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Copyright The items you are purchasing are exclusive to Shaadi Cards Bradford. Modification and/or reuse/resale of your stationery for other occasions/uses is prohibited. Shaadi Cards Bradford holds ownership and copyright on all designs whether custom or existing. All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Shaadi Cards Bradford.

Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

THE BRIDEZILLA CLAUSE...
We understand that planning a wedding is a difficult and stressful task however if clients are abusive or unreasonable to any of the Shaadi Cards Bradford staff, we reserve the right to cancel the order and in the event of this happening any monies paid will not be refunded.
