Please allow a minimum of 2 working days, from receipt of your wording, before receiving your initial digital PDF proofs.
Please then allow a maximum of 5 working days, from receipt of print approval, for printing and delivery. (Delivery times will be extended for orders outside of the UK.)
We always work hard to shorten these time scales but occasionally circumstances beyond our control can lengthen the process, therefore please allow plenty of time when placing an order.
We will use recognised courier services to ship your order to you or your preferred courier service.We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is collected we will email you the tracking number and the courier company details.
It is your responsibility to advise us if you have not received your order as soon as possible and within 3 days of despatch notice, otherwise it is deemed to have been delivered.
